Sponsor Rob Zombie for a Year

Sponsor Rob Zombie for a Year

$44.00 every month

When you sponsor an animal for a year you make a HUGE difference in their life. With your donation you will be helping Rob with all of his care, from routine vet visits to daily feedings.

With your yearly sponsorship (payments recurring monthly) you will receive quarterly updates and pictures of your resident in your email, your name on the IFS website, plus a spot on our exclusive sponsorship slideshow, viewable in the IFS store. Also, receive a free pass for all Sanctuary Strolls for the duration of your sponsorship!

Come out and meet the animals you’ve sponsored—so they can thank you themselves! This is the gift that keeps on giving, for you and for Rob Zombie.

For your convenience, this sponsorship will automatically renew each year until you choose to discontinue sponsor support.

Rob is probably the shyest resident in the IFS family. This handsome fella prefers lots of space from humans, though he’ll sometimes surprise us by coming over for a head pet.

Rob has a very close group of friends, who we call the “shy guys”. You might think that Rob’s friends are other sheep, but you’d only be partially right! Rob’s close-knit crew includes sheep, goats, and one gigantic, gentle cow. They roam the sanctuary as a pack, providing comfort and reassurance to one another.

It’s not hard to understand why Rob is so shy, since he experienced a serious trauma before he was surrendered to the sanctuary. Rob was born into a school agriculture program, where he would have been fattened up and sent to slaughter. But sweet Rob was attacked by a coyote and suffered a devastating wound to his neck.

The caretaker at the farm nursed Rob back to health and couldn’t stand the thought of him going to slaughter. Instead, the caretaker arranged for Rob’s freedom and called us as he was on his way to the butcher- and even better, he arranged for Rob’s best friend, Steve, to be saved with him.

Today, Rob and Steve are inseparable, living their best lives at the sanctuary. Beneath all his hair, Rob still has a large scar from his coyote attack, but he otherwise made a full physical recovery. The memory of the coyote attack surely lingers, but we can see that Rob feels safe and secure here at the sanctuary with his chosen family.
